Indonesiantalk.com — As the festive atmosphere of Eid al-Fitr still lingers, the Central Java Police Field Tennis Association, known as “Sabtu Sehat,” hosted a series of Halal Bihalal gatherings and the Tennis Central Java Police Championship of Men’s Doubles 2024 at the Kabluk Tennis Court in Semarang on Saturday, April 20, 2024.
The tournament was inaugurated by the patron of Sabtu Sehat Tennis, Inspector General Pol. Drs. Mohamad Hendra Suhartiyono, M.Si. The event’s success was made possible through the full support of Sabtu Sehat Tennis’s patron, the endorsement of Inspector General Pol (Ret.) Drs. Agung Wicaksono, M.Si, the entire organizing committee, and the sponsorship of PT. NGS Corp Indonesia.
“This event is held as a platform for fostering camaraderie, enhancing unity, both within and beyond the Indonesian National Police, while competing for a total prize of Rp.9.000.000,00,” emphasized the two-star General.
Sports undoubtedly serve as a profoundly positive activity, promoting health and well-being, in line with the motto “mens sana in corpore sano,” meaning a healthy mind in a healthy body.
