Indonesiantalk.com — Improving Patient Services: BRI Fatmawati Branch Office Supports Infrastructure Procurement for RSUP Fatmawati
In a concerted effort to enhance patient care, BRI Fatmawati Branch Office has provided assistance in procuring healthcare infrastructure for Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Fatmawati Jakarta.
The assistance includes 30 patient waiting chairs and 2 Personal Computers (PCs), provided through the BRI Peduli CSR Program. These contributions are crucial for the hospital to deliver excellent service to all patients and their families undergoing treatment.
The patient waiting chairs are designed to provide comfort and support for patients and their families during registration queues or while waiting for their loved ones undergoing treatment. Meanwhile, the PCs will support hospital operations, ensuring smooth administrative and patient care processes.
Faizal Rizqi, the leader of BRI Fatmawati Branch Office, highlighted the initiative, stating that the contribution was made through the BRI Peduli CSR Program in December 2023.
“Facilities such as patient waiting chairs and PCs demonstrate the hospital’s commitment to meeting the needs of patients and visitors, thereby enhancing positive perceptions of hospital services,” said Faizal Rizqi on Friday (June 14, 2024).
He emphasized that ensuring excellent service not only directly benefits patients but also establishes a strong foundation for long-term growth and sustainability in addressing future health challenges.
“Patients and visitors who feel valued and whose needs are well attended are likely to be more satisfied with hospital services. This satisfaction contributes positively to the hospital’s reputation and encourages recommendations to others,” added Faizal Rizqi.
He further stated that BRI’s commitment extends beyond banking services, underscoring their contribution to healthcare aspects through such initiatives.
“BRI will continue to collaborate with the government and healthcare institutions to ensure that our contributions bring maximum benefits. We hope these efforts will continue to strengthen Indonesia’s healthcare system,” concluded Faizal Rizqi.
