Indonesiantalk.com — Hj. Erie Vitria Trisanty, BA, MA, has officially completed the Strategic National Values Consolidation Program (PPNK) Batch 219 organized by the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (Lemhannas RI), held from June 11 to 17, 2025.
The PPNK is one of Indonesia’s most prestigious national education programs, attended by 100 selected figures from various strategic sectors—including government, parliament, academia, business, arts, civil society organizations, and representatives from the military and police.
Designed as a collaborative platform to strengthen national resilience, the program delivers intensive knowledge on Pancasila values, national insight, and strategic leadership.
Over seven days of rigorous education, participants engaged with Indonesia’s foremost thinkers, statesmen, and practitioners, while building networks rooted in the spirit of mutual cooperation and unity.
A Multifaceted Figure with a Global Perspective
Erie Vitria Trisanty is widely recognized as an inspiring woman—intellectually astute and deeply committed to public service and humanitarian causes.
She is the wife of Inspector General of Police H. Chaidir, SH, SIK, MSi, MPP, MHan—an esteemed high-ranking police officer and fellow Lemhannas RI alumnus.
Erie has shown unwavering consistency through her involvement in social work, official spouses’ organizations, and impactful contributions to education and community development.
Currently pursuing her doctoral studies at the School of Business, IPB University, her research focuses on Knowledge Management and Innovation within intergovernmental organizations.
She is supervised by Prof. Dr. Ir. M. Syamsul Maarif, M.Eng., Dipl.Ing., DEA, who also serves as the Rector of the Jakarta Institute of Arts (IKJ) for the 2024–2028 period.
Her academic journey includes a BA in Communication from RMIT University, Australia, and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Leeds, UK. In 2000, she was awarded the prestigious British Chevening Award by the UK Government for future leaders.
An Activist, Professional, and Social Advocate
Erie’s dedication to social causes dates back to the Reform Era of 1998, when she was actively involved in the National Anti-Narcotics Movement (GRANAT).
Since then, she has contributed to various women’s organizations such as Bhayangkari, Dharma Wanita, and Perista (Lemhannas Officers’ Wives Association).
She currently serves as the Secretary General of the Disaster and Health Mitigation Agency of Pemuda Pancasila Jakarta, reflecting her active role in disaster response and humanitarian affairs.
Professionally, Erie brings more than 17 years of experience in the international arena, having worked as a Senior Officer and Program Manager for ASEAN and United Nations agencies.
Her cross-sectoral program portfolio includes disaster management, transnational crime, law, arts and culture, and media. She also previously worked at the U.S. Embassy on youth and student exchange programs.
Humanistic, Artistic, and Inspirational
Beyond her intellectual and professional endeavors, Erie nurtures a strong affinity for the arts. A finalist in the 1993 National Kebaya Princess and Putri Ayu competitions, she has a lifelong love of jazz music. These artistic sensibilities enrich her identity as a leader who is both rational and deeply humanistic.
