IndonesianTalk.com — Association of Catholic Universities in Indonesia Discusses Latest Disruptive Era and Campus Mental Fragility The Association of Catholic Universities (APTIK) held its 41st congress in Jakarta, attended by 22 Catholic educational foundations managing 23 Catholic universities across Indonesia. This congress highlights new phenomena in higher education, particularly a new paradigm referred to as BANI (Brittle, Anxiety, Non-Linear, and Illusion of predictability), replacing the old concept of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), as a depiction of the latest disruptive era. A major focus of the congress is the significant impact felt by teaching curricula on the emergence of mental fragility phenomena within campus environments. Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya Jakarta hosted the congress from March 21st to 23rd, 2024.
