As the year 2023 draws to a close, Artotel Group has once again expanded its hotel portfolio, this time in the Serpong area of Tangerang, introducing VIVERE Hotel, ARTOTEL Curated.
The collaboration between Artotel Group and PT VIVERE Propertindo Indonesia (VPI) officially opened its doors to the public on December 16, 2023.
VIVERE Hotel, ARTOTEL Curated, occupies a sprawling 10,885.4 square meters in the Gading Serpong area of Tangerang, specifically in the SOUTH78 building (floors 5, 6, 7, 8, and 12).
Present at the opening were Eduard Pangkerego, COO of ARTOTEL Group; William Simiadi, President Director of VIVERE Propertindo; and Inda Rambu, GM of VIVERE Hotel Serpong.
This hotel is designed to meet the business and leisure needs of the Tangerang region, specifically in the Serpong area.
The strategic location of the hotel near various residential clusters, shopping centers, business hubs, entertainment venues, culinary spots, renowned hospitals, universities, and even international exhibition and concert centers like the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD adds to its allure.
Featuring 107 rooms in three different types—Studio 30, Studio 40, and Studio 80—the hotel provides amenities such as smart TVs, instant coffee machines, and various other supporting facilities.
For Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) purposes, the hotel boasts complete facilities, including a Grand Ballroom with a capacity of 400-800 people and six meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 10 to 30 people.
To complement the social functions of the SOUTH78 building, the hotel features a Fusion Bistro named Yin & Yum and a Casual Bar named Salute Bar.
For leisure, the hotel offers an open-air rooftop swimming pool.
