An EPC contract refers to a lump-sum contract for Engineering (design), Procurement, and Construction. This commencement ceremony was attended by approximately 70 people including the Indonesian Ministry of Public Works, the Korean Embassy in Indonesia, financial institutions such as the Export-Import Bank of Korea, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the EPC contract partner, the GS Engineering & Construction Consortium.
